Stair treads from LIGNAU made of real solid wood are therefore ideal for the daily stresses and strains of everyday life and thus set stylish accents with different types of wood and wood tones. Due to the effects of the weather, stair treads made of concrete, aluminium, steel, stone or plastic are the preferred choice for outdoor use, while for indoor use, wood materials or solid wood specifically treated for this purpose are primarily used for the manufacture of stair treads (straight or spiral).

!!! Important: the wood is a natural product. High ambient humidity at any wood floor absorbs moisture and increases its volume. At low ambient humidity, the wood releases moisture and reduces its volume - are formed joints. Therefore, the relative humidity in the room with solid wood flooring should be 45-60%
