PAYMENT

The following means of payment are available to you free of charge when purchasing via our LIGNAU online shop:


Vorkasse / Überweisung

If you order in advance, you will receive an e-mail after completing your order in which you will find our bank details. This e-mail also contains the reason for payment, which you should state on your bank transfer. If you have ordered by phone, mail or e-mail and have questions about your order status, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

There are no costs for the use of the payment method.


Paypal

With a PayPal account you can pay securely, easily and quickly. To do this, we redirect you to the PayPal page where you confirm your payment to us. PayPal payments are received by us immediately. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one here free of charge and link it to your bank account or credit card.

 
SHIPPING
  1. Deliveries are made ex works.
  2. Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and are to be borne by the customer.
  3. The customer will be informed of the dispatch of his/her order by sending a separate dispatch confirmation on the day of dispatch of the order. The customer should provide such an email at the time of purchase/order, which will be checked regularly. We also ask that spam folders are checked regularly as automated dispatch messages often end up in spam folders.
  4. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to kerbside.
  5. The customer should report the restrictions and other factors (construction site, road renovation, small/narrow roads, pedestrian zones, road gradient, etc.) that could affect the delivery in good time by e-mail.
  6. The customer is obliged to accept the delivery. If the customer refuses to accept the goods, all related costs will be charged to the customer.
  7. If the goods are returned because they cannot be reached, the customer will be charged for the shipping costs. In the event of a new delivery, further shipping costs will be incurred.
  8. If the delivery is returned due to an incorrect delivery address or cannot be delivered and then, after consultation with the customer, is re-delivered or delivered with the correct address, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer again.
  9. Delivery address given at the time of purchase/order can only be changed in writing by e-mail. An additional charge of 50% of the shipping costs will be made for changing the delivery address after the shipping confirmation.
  10. The customer must not delay the carrier unnecessarily. Otherwise, an additional fee may be charged.
  11. Unloading of the goods is the responsibility of the customer and is at the customer's expense. The seller is not responsible for unloading
  12. The carrier may refuse to unload the delivery if the customer or person designated by the customer is not present at the time of delivery to accept the delivery. Any additional costs that may be incurred as a result shall be borne by the customer.
  13. The delivery may be refused completely if the delivery address indicated by the seller for the transport delivery is considered dangerous, including war zones, quarantines (force majeure), etc. The seller will then withdraw from the contract. The seller shall then withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded.
  14. After delivery, the customer is responsible for the storage of the goods. The wooden products are to be stored in rooms with a relative humidity of 45-65%.
  15. With the provision of the goods at the agreed delivery address by the seller, the risk is transferred to the buyer.
 
TERMS OF PAYMENT
  1. Various payment options are available to the customer, which are indicated in the seller's online shop.
  2. The payment method is specified at the time of purchase/order.
  3. If the payment method "EU-Standard Bank Transfer" is selected, payment is due immediately within 3 (three) working days after conclusion of the contract.
  4. If the payment method "PayPal" is selected, the payment will be processed via the payment service PayPal.
  5. Other payment options (partial payments) can only be agreed in writing.
  6. All payments are to be made in full as agreed in the purchase/order.
  7. If the customer does not fulfil his payment obligations properly and/or is in default of payment, the seller can change the delivery times stated in the purchase/order or withdraw from the contract.
  8. Customers from outside the EU must pay all applicable taxes, duties and other import charges.

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
